Send a test delivery
Enqueue a signed test payload to the webhook's endpoint so you can confirm your receiver. Returns as soon as the job is queued; the delivery itself is asynchronous.

API key issued to the partner, sent with the Bearer prefix — for example: Authorization: Bearer sk_live_abc123.
