Yes. SUQO charges no platform fee. You pay only for the SMS credits you use to send renewal reminders to your subscribers. The payment gateway fee (1.13% incl. VAT via eSewa or Khalti) is deducted from each collected payment and goes directly to the payment provider — not to SUQO.

If a payment fails, no gateway fee is deducted. SMS credits used to send the renewal reminder are not refunded since the message was already delivered, but SUQO charges no platform fee regardless of the outcome.
