KYC verification

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is a mandatory regulatory requirement for all sellers in Nepal. You cannot use any part of the seller dashboard until your KYC is verified.

Mandatory access control (Sellers only)

KYC is the first thing you must complete after registering as a seller. If your account is not yet verified:

  • Automatic Redirect: Any seller route you try to visit will automatically redirect you back to the KYC verification page.
  • Restricted Actions: You cannot create products, manage customers, or record transactions until the verification is successful.
  • Buyer Routes unaffected: If you use the same account to pay for other services (as a buyer), those routes remain accessible even if your seller KYC is pending.

Form fields & requirements

The KYC form requires the following details. Ensure all information matches your official documents to avoid rejection.

The verification process

  1. Log in to your seller account and navigate to the KYC form.
  2. Fill in the required business details accurately.
  3. Upload clear photos or scans of the required documents.
  4. Submit the form for review.

Review timeline

Our team typically reviews KYC submissions within 1-2 business days. You will receive a text message on your phone and dashboard would be accessible if you login to your account.

Re-Verification RequiredThere was an issue with your documents. Check the reason provided and resubmit.
Note: Until your KYC is verified, you cannot access your dashbaord, create products/plans and receive payments.
