Pricing & fees
SUQO charges a small percentage on each successful payment. Wallets and banks charge their own processing fee on top. There's no monthly subscription, no minimum usage, and no lock-in.

SUQO platform fee
0.36 % of each successful payment, deducted at settlement. There is no fee on:
- Pending payments.
- Failed payments.
- Manual entries you record without going through SUQO checkout.
Wallet / bank processing fees
Each provider sets its own processing fee. SUQO surfaces the rate on the pricing page so you can compare at a glance.

How a payment math works out
The pricing page includes a worked example. For a NPR 1,000 payment via a wallet:
- Customer pays — NPR 1,000
- SUQO platform fee (0.36 %) — NPR 3.60
- Wallet fee (provider-specific) — varies
- You receive — NPR 1,000 minus both fees
Settlement timing
Successful payments typically settle to your linked wallet account within 24 hours. See Settlement for the full breakdown.
What's not charged
- No monthly platform fee.
- No setup fee.
- No minimum usage.
- No fee on adding products, plans, customers, or admin actions.
Reminder: All amounts in SUQO are in NPR. Receipts and exports use the same currency.
