Platform fees
SUQO charges sellers 0.36 % of each successful payment. There are no monthly fees, no setup fees, and nothing for buyers — buyers pay only the plan price (plus VAT if the seller has it enabled).
Who pays what
| Party | What they pay |
|---|---|
| Seller | 0.36 % SUQO platform fee + the wallet/bank fee charged by the payment provider, deducted at settlement. |
| Buyer | The plan price as displayed (including VAT if applicable). No extra SUQO fee. |
What the platform fee covers
- Hosting the seller dashboard, buyer area, and product pages.
- Sending renewal reminders.
- Tracking transactions, generating receipts, and surfacing analytics.
- Maintaining wallet integrations (eSewa, Khalti, ConnectIPS).
- Customer support.
When the fee is and isn't charged
- Charged on every successful online payment processed through SUQO.
- Not charged on pending or failed payments.
- Not charged on manual entries the seller records (cash, bank transfer, recorded by hand).
What's not included
The wallet still charges its own processing fee — that's separate from SUQO and varies by provider. The seller's pricing page shows the live rate for each linked wallet.
Reminder: No subscription fees, no minimum usage, no lock-in. If you stop using SUQO, you stop being charged — there's nothing to cancel.
