Settlement

Settlement is when the money actually lands in the seller's account after a buyer pays. SUQO doesn't hold funds — settlement happens between the wallet and the seller's linked merchant account.

Typical timing

Most successful payments settle within 24 hours. The exact window depends on the wallet and bank.

What you see during settlement

  • Right after the buyer pays, the transaction appears as Pending.
  • Once the wallet confirms, it flips to Completed.
  • The platform fee (0.36 %) and the wallet fee are calculated at this point and shown in the transaction details.

What if a transaction stays pending

If a transaction is Pending for more than a few hours:

  1. Open the transaction's details modal — the reference ID lets the wallet support team look it up.
  2. Check the wallet's own dashboard with that reference.
  3. If the wallet shows it as completed but SUQO still shows pending, contact SUQO support.

How fees show up on receipts

Receipts show the gross amount the buyer paid. The platform and wallet fees are the seller's deduction and appear on the seller's transaction details and analytics — not on the customer-facing receipt.

Note: Settlement timing is set by the wallet and the bank. SUQO's role is to confirm the payment and record it; it doesn't speed up or slow down the bank transfer.
