Settlement
Settlement is the journey your money takes after a buyer pays. A successful online payment is confirmed by the wallet, credited to your SUQO balance, and then withdrawn to your bank account when you request a payout.
How the money moves
- A buyer pays through eSewa, Khalti, ConnectIPS, or mobile banking.
- Once the wallet confirms the payment, the amount is added to your Payout Available Amount.
- You withdraw the available balance to your linked bank account from the Payout page. Processing and platform fees, plus any SMS charges accrued since your last payout, are deducted from the payout at this point.
- Manual cash / bank entries you record yourself never pass through SUQO — you already hold that money.
Typical timing
Most successful payments are confirmed and added to your available balance within 24 hours. The exact window depends on the wallet and bank.
| Provider | Typical timing |
|---|---|
| eSewa | Within 24 hours, often the same day. |
| Khalti | Within 24 hours, often the same day. |
| ConnectIPS | 1 business day. Holidays and weekends may extend this. |
| Cash / bank (manual) | You receive the money directly; SUQO just records it. |
What you see during settlement
- Right after the buyer pays, the transaction appears as Pending.
- Once the wallet confirms, it flips to Completed and its amount joins your Payout Available Amount.
What if a transaction stays pending
If a transaction is Pending for more than a few hours:
- Open the transaction's details modal — the reference ID lets the wallet support team look it up.
- Check the wallet's own dashboard with that reference.
- If the wallet shows it as completed but SUQO still shows pending, contact SUQO support.
Fees
For the fee breakdown, see suqo.ai/pricing.
Note: Confirmation timing is set by the wallet and the bank — SUQO can't speed it up. Getting the money out of your SUQO balance and into your bank is a separate step you control from the Payout page.
